TRIATHLON/MULTISPORT
$175 per month
Individual coaching with a custom training plan that is tailored to the athlete’s goals, experience level, and lifestyle.
- Initial meeting to establish athletes goals and season planning
- Training prescribed in 1 week training blocks or longer if athlete desires
- Weekly feedback and data analysis via Training Peaks and/or e-mail
- Unlimited contact with coach via e-mail and/or text (24 hour response time when possible)
- Monthly phone/video call to review training and to answer athletes questions
- Initial field tests – self-administered – to determine heart rate, pace, and power zones. Additional field testing when appropriate
- Sport specific strength training included
- Assistance in developing a race nutrition plan and race execution plan for each race
- Post race recap
- Premium Training Peaks account
RUNNING/SINGLE SPORT
$100 per month
Individual coaching for a single sport with a custom training plan that is tailored to the athlete’s goals, experience level, and lifestyle.
